Escalante and Boulder, UT. There is so much beauty in and around these two places. Both towns are tiny, but chock full of great restaurants and charming shops, and surrounding them is some of the most stunning landscape I’ve ever seen. Check out Hell’s Backbone Grill and Farm and Escalante Outfitters for delicious food, and Lower Calf Creek Falls, Devil’s Garden, and the Burr Trail for gorgeous, desert adventures.
