When I launched this podcast a year ago, I knew that eventually, this story would need to be told. Today felt like the right day. I discuss "health" and my journey toward finding it in the most broad and comprehensive way possible. From physical health to emotional well-being to societal and cultural frameworks and the way they all intermingle, my goal with this episode is to create a safe space where we can broaden our understanding of "sickness" and heal together.Â
