#104 Embodying Feminine & Masculine Polarity and Navigating Spiritual Superficialities with Chris Bale

Chris is a Spiritual Mentor and Master Energy Worker. He has extensive education in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Medical QiGong, Reiki, Pranic Healing, & Sexual Alchemy. We discuss our shared experience of identifying as spiritual and yet feeling alienated by most spiritual communities and unpack why that is. We also do a deep dive into Feminine and Masculine Polarity, how they exist within each of our us and how we enact this energy balance and exchange within relationships. We talk about the physical and psychological effects of trying to neutralize and deny the natural flow of energy in our bodies, and how when yin & yang are in disharmony, true vitality and health can never be fully established. We also speak about the ways both men and women can step up to the plate support each other in this process.

A Millennial's Guide to Saving the World
I started this podcast because I was tired of being stereotyped as lazy, triggered and entitled. I wanted to give voice to a different kind of millennial and invite us to write a new story - one of a generation willing to challenge the status quo, embrace nuance and paradox, and reject PC-culture. This podcast isn’t about finding answers, it’s about asking the right questions. How can we reinvent ourselves and the narratives we’ve been expected to inherit? How can we take ownership over the ways we participate in our own suffering? How can we move beyond victimization and into empowerment? How can we fix ourselves to fix the world? It’s time for new dreams, new stories and new futures…
